Nnamdi is an accomplished professional banker who has over 15 years of experience in Treasury, Credit Administration, Public Finance, Project Finance, Oil & Gas Upstream, Services and Downstream. Prior to joining Aquila, he worked with Access Bank as a Deputy General Manager where he was a member of various committees within the bank, including Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) etc. He holds a degree in Marketing from a Nigerian University and has attended several professional leaderships and skill-based training programs organized by reputable institutions including LBS-London, Euromoney, INSEAD, SAID Business School and IMD Switzerland.

Boniface is a qualified lawyer, and has earned enviable professional and academic accomplishments in globally reputable institutions in the areas of corporate leadership, company secretariat, legal services, strategy, logistics and supply chain management. As a practicing lawyer, his professional journey has seen him worked with the law firms of Chief Richard Akinjide (SAN) & Co., Etukudo & Associates and Clarks & Moore Legal Practitioners. Chidiebere, an experienced professional, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Finance from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.
